- Day 01: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City (D)
Warmly welcome you at Ho Chi Minh International Airport. Next, we take you to hotel for check in (rooms are at your disposal from 14:00). After freshen up, you will visit some most famous city attractions include the War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office and Ben Thanh Market before savoring our welcome dinner at a famous local restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 02: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Can Tho (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, the journey starts with a drive to My Tho by private car. Here taking a motor boat trip crossing Mekong River, followed by a row-boat ride downstream on small creeks to Mekong River estuary. During voyage along creeks, let’s laze on boat, immerse in natural surroundings and enjoy the quiet ambiance of rive-side villages. When it comes to Ben Tre province, tourists are offered a chance to visit lush orchards, distillery, bee-keeping farm, taste natural honey and authentic honey wine, enjoy sample fresh tropical fruit while sinking into melodious traditional music. Don’t miss a chance to visit coconut candy workshop, witness the production process the taste mouth-watering coconut candy and coconut pulp. The journey goes on to Can Tho where tourists have hotel check-in and overnight rest.
Day 03: Can Tho – Chau Doc (B, L)
After breakfast at hotel, a boat trip will carry tourists to Cai Rang Floating Market, the most famous and biggest floating market in Mekong Delta. During the sightseeing here, you have chance to view a maze of hundreds of boats packed with fruits, vegetables, plants, food with a long pole carrying sample of the sellers’ wares. Don’t miss the chance to take pictures of all manner of produce traded on boats, communicate with the local, visit local houses and enjoy fresh fruits. Lunch will be served in fruit garden and then driver will take you to Chau Doc. The next stop is floating houses which are both a place to live and a livelihood for their residents. Local people reside here and raise fish for food and sale. The Muslim village and the Ba Chua Xu Temple are also worth-visiting places before taking overnight stay in Chau Doc.
Day 04: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast at hotel, tourists will bid farewell to Southern Area of Vietnam to be ready for speed boat trip to Phnom Penh.
Upon arrival at ferry dock in Phnom Penh, you will be welcome and transferred to the hotel. Being the capital and largest city of Cambodia, Phnom Penh offers its visitors a long list of must see spots including Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Independence Monument, National Museum, Toul Sleng and Wat Phnom. There are also many architectural remnants of French colonial history where tourists can explore the beauty of Phnom Penh, which was once known as “the Pearl of Asia”. The first day in Cambodia ends up with an overnight stay at hotel in Phnom Penh.
Day 05: Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast at hotel, tourists will visit Killing Fields, Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. After that the journey head toward Russian Market, a busy and full of life market where travelers are offered a wide choice of souvenirs, curios and silks. In the afternoon, tourists have chance to visit traditional Weaving Village at Kean Svay. Travelling around the village of tranquility, tourists can observe skilled local craftsmen spin and weave silk for their livelihood before coming back to visit riverfront. Tourists stay overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh to get ready for the journey to Siem Reap.
Day 06: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B)
Leaving Phnom Penh, you will have a short flight to Siem Reap. As arriving in Siem Reap, you will be picked up and transferred to sights by our guide and driver. Your day trip will come across different sights of Sras Srang Lake and landing terrace which is known as Royal Bath, Prasat Kravan also named as Cardamom Sanctuary, the two ancient temples of Pre Rup and East Mebon and Banteay Srey which is famous for its stunning sculpture. The journey ends in Pre Rub where you can take nice photos of sunset before returning to hotel for overnight.
Day 07: Siem Reap – Angkor Wat (B)
Your today trip will start from Ta Prohm which is famous for exotic scenery: trees growing from ruins. Then, you will move to Angkor Wat – the symbol of Cambodia Kingdom. The palatial and delicate architecture and sculpture in Angkor Wat will surely amaze and fascinate you. The journey continues with Angkor Thom – the ancient Royal City of Khmer Empire in the 12th century where you can witness Bayon Temple with giant stone faces statues keeping mysterious smiles and some other interesting places of Terrace of the Elephants, Baphuon Temple, Lepper King Terrace and Royal Enclosure area. At last, you will pay a visit to Preah Khan Temple before returning to hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 08: Siem Reap (B)
You can free walk around local market for souvenir gifts until be transferred to Siem Reap Airport for departure flight. End of tour services.
