Absorbing ther lessons drawn from the experiences through the two previous hotel, the Thanh Binh III hotel, with the capital of VND 6 billion, is equipped with a swimming pool, and a quiet, ancient restaurant built in a simple architectural type. It is also dec-orated with rock-works, and green trees.

The hotel has 45 various classes of room, sufficient facilities and modern standardized instruments to serve the international and domestic visitors.
